Our yearly memberships are automatically billed to your account on the same day of every month (which clients select), but you can cancel at at any time. We wish to offer this membership program to our new & loyal partners as a way to save on your regular patronage of our spa, with no-risk. Simply notify us before your payment draft date and your card will not be billed again! (Please note: Clients are NOT able to access monthly benefits until after each month's payment has been drafted, successfully. So scheduling the payment draft date accordingly is important).

Treatments DO Roll-Over
Your monthly treatment benefits are available after your scheduled payment draft has been completed within each month, and are valid for 60-days. This way your treatments don't go to waste while you are on vacation, or if become extremely busy.

Treatment Benefits CAN Be Shared
Members are welcome to transfer, or "gift," a membership Skincare Facial Treatment up-to two times per membership year (but additional retail and service discounts are limited to the named member only). Combine this perk with banked treatments, and it's a spa day for two!

Benefits Do Not Include Gratuity
Membership dues cover the cost of monthly treatments & perks only. Your optional tips are still MUCH appreciated by our skilled/licensed Estheticians.

Membership Terms Are Subject to Change
HER-bal Spa reserves the right to amend the terms of our membership agreement at any time to better our client experience. We also reserve the right to cancel any membership for any reason (but we don't believe we will EVER need to :-) but will provide written notice if such changes are made within 30-days.
